You need to be sure its what you want to do and if you’ll be happy doing it, but remember your first choice doesn’t have to be your one and only choice for life.

You need to know what qualifications, degrees etc you need to pursue this job.

Don’t hold back! If others don’t think this job is for you, you don’t have to listen if you are sure it will make you happy and will enjoy it. Do be willing to take advice from friends, family and teachers, they no doubt have lots of experience and are just looking out for you. But ultimately it doesn’t matter what other people think.

And most importantly, work hard, whether that’s to achieve a qualification or research a job role and find some work experience.
